Ancillary services - 10% Commission


With you and the comfort of your customers in mind, SATA Azores Airlines is offering a 10% commission to its partners in the sale of Ancillary Services, first Travel December 16, 2020, last travel January 31, 2021.
When issuing the EMD, you should put in the commission field 10%. We do not make any adjustments to the commission after the sale.

 

FastTrack

✓ Service available at Lisbon and Porto airports;
✓ Amount: 7 Euros per passenger (INF and CHD passengers have, as a rule, access to the priority channel);
✓ Valid for flights operated by S4;
✓ Available until the close of the flight at check-in;
✓ Booking and issuing simultaneously;
✓ Voluntary date change: allowed when changing the flight to which the service is associated, being associated with the new flight;
✓ Involuntary date change: allowed, when changing the flight to which the service is associated, being associated with the new flight;
✓ Voluntary refund: not allowed;
✓ Involuntary refund (in case of flight cancellation or time change that implies booking change or booking cancellation): permitted.
NOTE!: After the product is purchased, a new boarding pass will have to be printed, with the indication of Fast Track.


Lounge

✓ Service available at Lisbon and Porto airports;
✓ Amount: 25 euros per passenger (free for children under 3 years old);
✓ Valid only for flights operated by S4;
✓ Available until the close of the flight at check-in;
✓ Booking and issuing simultaneously;
✓ Maximum Lounge stay: 3 hours;
✓ Voluntary date change: only allowed when changing the flight to which the service is associated, being the EMD associated with the new flight;
✓ Involuntary date change: allowed when changing the flight to which the service is associated, being the EMD associated with the new flight;
✓ Voluntary refund: not allowed;
✓ Involuntary refund (in case of flight cancellation or time change that implies booking change or booking cancellation): permitted.


Pre-seat

There are two kinds of Pre-seat, and the campaign applies only to pre-seat comfort.
✓ Comfort: booking a seat with more space, usually in the 1st row and emergency exit. This Pre-seat is paid on all SATA Azores Airlines routes.

Conditions:
➢ Eligibility: Service available to all passengers who have a ticket issued for a flight operated by SATA Azores Airlines;
➢ Flight Restriction: Valid only on scheduled flights operated by SATA Azores Airlines;
➢ Discounts (CHD or INF occupying a seat): Not applicable.

➢ Exemption: Pre-seat is free in the following situations:
  ✓ Baby Basket orders;
  ✓ EXST/CBBG;
  ✓ S4 Business Fare Basis.
NOTE!: In the case of EXST and CBBG, it is recommended that the Pre-seat is completed when booking and that it be a window seat and the adjacent seat. When booking a seat, the system automatically blocks the adjacent seat.

➢ Changes: Not permitted. Whenever the passenger changes his flight/date and requests a Pre-seat again, he will have to pay.

➢ Cancellations/ Refunds: Refunds permitted in the following cases:
  ✓ When upgrading to Business Class for the same flight;
  ✓ In case of flight cancellation/equipment change and the passenger is not relocated to a seat with similar characteristics to the one he or she had purchased.

Seats at the emergency exits:
The passenger must be informed of the eligibility conditions to book a seat at the emergency exit. An eligibility message is displayed on online bookings.
SATA has the right to determine whether a passenger meets the requirements to sit in a seat near an emergency exit. If the passenger does not meet the requirements, an alternative seat will be assigned.

The following conditions apply:
The passenger must be physically capable, be over 16 and under 65 years old, and speak English.
These are restricted seats and, as such, are not permitted in the following cases:
✓ Passengers under 16 years old;
✓ Unaccompanied minors;
✓ Pregnant women;
✓ Seniors (over 65 years old);
✓ Passengers with reduced mobility;
✓ Passengers requiring special assistance;
✓ Passengers carrying special items in the cabin (animals, bulky items, etc.)
